Terms of Use
Ground-level photos, 3D Matterport or virtual tours, aerial photos and floor plans will be available for delivery the day following the shoot. Evening appointments on Friday will be ready for delivery on Monday following the shoot. Video (ground-level as well as aerials) will be available for delivery within 48 hours of the shoot. As with photos, appointments on Friday will be available for delivery on the following Monday. Any scheduled services performed over the weekend will be delivered on a following weekday.
In the rare event Ascend Media Vegas (AMV) experiences issues with images, processing or turnaround time, AMV will contact the client via email to notify client of expected delays or rescheduling prior to normal delivery time.
Ascend Media Vegas does not guarantee the accuracy of floor plans, measurements or square footage listed on the website. The measurements and square footage are not exact and may not be accurate. Ascend Media Vegas expressly disclaims any liability for reliance on the measurements on the website by any real estate professional, buyer, seller, or any other third party using the services. Buyers are to be held responsible for the accuracy of square footage, and as such should confirm with the sellers about the exact accurate measurements of any floor plan.
Client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the photographs solely for the purpose of marketing and selling the property identified in the contract. The license to use the images is limited to the term of the listing agreement for the property, or one year from the date of the invoice, whichever occurs first.
Client agrees not to transfer, assign, or sublicense any rights to the photographs or other imagery without the written permission of Ascend Media Vegas.
Cancellations or reschedules within 24 hours of the scheduled photoshoot will be subject to a cancellation fee of $50. If the photographer/videographer arrives at the property and the photoshoot is cancelled for any reason, a travel fee of $50 may apply in addition to the cancellation fee.
